Tom West's Dictionary has the following information:
Participación Social (Perú) - share of a "sociedad comercial de responsabilidad limitada [called "cuota social" in ARgentina and Venezuela, and "parte social" in Mexico.
Pursuant to the above, my translation of "participación social / cuota social / parte social" would be "limited liability company share" or "limited liability company stock"
"Compraventa" refers to trading on the stock market in this case.

: I don't think 'trading' is the best term here. It's most likely a contract between two parties for the purchase/sale of shares.
