Can someone tell me if the Ombudsman of a Pension Plan pronounces/issues "judgements," "solutions," or "Resolutions?" Here is the context:
"De no recibir contestación de las entidades vinculadas en la reclamación, podrá entender que se admite la versión dada por el partícipe y/o el beneficiario, y dictará Resolución en consecuencia."
I tend to lean toward "pronounce judgement...," but I covet your opinions! Thanks! Bill ;)
