"...holders of an interest in XXX..."

Shareholders certainly hold an interest in a company, but not all the parties who hold interests in company are necessarily shareholders. (There are other arrangements, such as general/limited partnerships, under which interests can be held without the issuance of shares.) So, to cover all the possible bases, the broader term "holders of an interest in XXX" might be wiser here. -- HTH!

shareholders

You'd say tenedoras de acciones for shareholder - tenedoras de XXX means shareholders of XXX.

Hope this helps! SUERTE!
