This is about a performance by a Colombian artist. Apparently, it refers to a specific shape that is described here, but I'm not sure there is a word for that shape in English:

En la acción, la artista organizó en el espacio durante un tiempo prolongado objetos que rodeaban su vida cotidiana para luego recogerlos, guardarlos y volverlos a ordenar según taxonomías aleatorias, respetando siempre la forma espiral cuadrada (tipo greca) como referencia rigurosa a la circularidad del tiempo.

Great source! It's definitely a square spiral, but I think it's always in an uninterrupted series, like a Greek frieze, and represents eternity (or perhaps the tour guide was making things up). It's only a vague memory, anyway, so I'll check and get back to you.
