Erick, your question and comment are confusing. The subject is agriculture, yet you refer to 'palmitos de cangrejo' which are part of a sea animal.

"heart of palms" is not going to work. It's one of those quirky little rules of the English language that the plural has to be part of the first word in the phrase-like word. Take "mothers-in-law" as a standard example.

We get plenty of hearts of palm here in Chile. They are generally imported from Ecuador. People love to put them on pizza!

Yep, "palm hearts" is also right, even though I've only seen "hearts of palm" written in menus and labels. Maybe it's a regional thing and that's the standard in California... THANKS! :o)
