Hi all, this is taken from a lecture about manufacturing materials for aeronautical purposes.....
This is taken from a sectio on SHEET FORMING and more specifically SPINNING / SPIN FORMING of alloys

Internal fuel tanks are conformal (adapt to the available internal volume) and need not be aerodynamically shaped.
This is not, of course, the case for the external, auxiliary (and usually jettisonable) fuel tanks.
In my view (and at least in English), once the fairing is specified to be the nose one it is quite clear by itself that it is as aerodynamically "clean" as possible, thus "pointed".
And, yes, spinning is one of the techniques used for manufacturing them -as well as most of the front sections of artillery shells, aircraft-launched bombs and other ordnance needing a "sharp" nose.

Discussion
Problem is, in industry they choose authors (not only in Spanish) who either write for themselves or cannot write worth a damn... and then, when translating, it is the translator's fault.
Consider the following "gem":
“For the power supply switch of plant side, cable for main switch power of the machine side in the power supply, use standard cable which can supply the required power safely”
which actually means:
“The cable tap from the main line switch to the machine main (supply) switch must be correctly and safely rated for the current and voltage absorbed by the machine”
A proper word here would be "carenado" (for instance) instead.
