Máte nárok na bolestné a sťaženie spoločenského uplatnenia.
I am not quite sure about the correct term in case of "bolestné". Would RESTITUTION or COMPENSATION or even some other term be more appropriate? I know that the term restitution is of gains-based recovery and the term compensation of loss-based recovery, yet still cannot quite decide which of the terms should I use. The aggrieved party suffered health injury as well as damages to property and claims compensation for incurred costs, damages, expences,... .

: Yes - you talk about "redress for non-economic loss" as well but I think "compensation for pain and suffering" fits the bill

bolestne= odskodne za utrpenu bolest = compensation (injury compensation)
bolest = neprijemny telesny pocit vyvolany....= pain

: kvôli tomu že som uviedol svoju odpoveď dám neutrál aj keď nesúhlasím / pozor existuje "accident, injury or disease compensation" a bolestné je niečo iné. / ešte ten otáznik - skúste si prečítať celú vetu ;-)

tu nejde o acciident, injury or desease compensation ale o vyraz "bolestne". Ak bolestne je nieco ine ako bolestne,co je teda bolestne v tomto pripade? Vopred dakujem za pripadne ujasnenie si pojmov.
