\"Vaspitač\" is not necessarily a teacher. He/she can be employed in a school, kindergarten or some children\'s day care, school, boarding school (formerly known as house of correction) or some other correctional institution, etc.
Neodređeno vrijeme is not permanent. Such kind or employment lasts until ceased by ceratin factor (it can be anything), and employee\'s rights and obligations are not the same as of the one employed permanently. Sometimes, this kind of employment does not guarrantee that one will remain on the position for life.
Stalno stands for permanent.
Određeno does not stand for temporary, and the most correct translation of \"zaposlenje na određeno vreme\" is appointment of limited time duration (ALD), which can be extended up to a certain overall time duration, and later possibly converted into other type of appointment.
However, I agree that I made a mistake suggesting the full-time basis, and tehrefore want to correct it with

teacher/tutor/trainer employed on an indeterminate period

that is hereby the most correct one.
