I have a diploma that is written both in the Albanian and Serbian languages. The Albanian section is illegible and in the Serbian section I can read:
Qaenio "Silvira Tomazini".
Under this line I can read this:
Naziv obrazovno-vaspiline organ.
My trouble is the word "qaenio"; what does this mean? My understanding is that the rest of the sentence means: "Name of the educational organization". Is this right? Thank you for your help,
Monika

Neither of the words makes any sense
as Serbian does not have a 'Q' in its alphabet. On the Serbian keyboard the 'q' is usually replaced by the 'š', but in handwriting it could be a 'd' if in Cyrillc or a 'g' in the Latin alphabet. However I still do not have a clue what it could be.
Your other guess is right, though it is 'Naziv obrazovno-vaspitne organizacije'.
If you can decipher a little bit more I'd be glad to be of more help.

The Cyrillic letter turned out wrong on this page. It is \'lj\', not \'s\'.

Comment: "Thanks Tatjana,
I found out that the word "qaemo" (or whatever the spelling might be, since it was difficult to read) was an abbreviation of the name of a High School in Mitrovica. Thanks for the help especially with the second term.
Monika"
