How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

UVOĐENJE U POSAO
(1) Naručitelj je dužan uvesti izvođača u posao.
(2) Smatrat će se da je izvođač uveden u posao kada naručitelj preda:
- dio zemljišta osposobljenog za nesmetano građenje sa svim elementima koji određuju točan položaj građevine u horizontalnom i vertikalnom smislu, koji omogućuje izvođaču da započne i nastavi s radovima u skladu s planiranom dinamikom,
- osiguranje prava pristupa na gradilište,
- građevinsku dozvolu s tehničkom dokumentacijom koja čini njen sastavni dio,
(3) Dan uvođenja izvođača u posao utvrđuje se obvezno upisom u građevinski dnevnik.
(4) ako naručitelj ne uvede izvođača u posao u ugovoreno roku, izvođač će mu ostaviti naknadni rok za ispunjenje te obveze. Ako naručitelj ni u tom roku ne uvede izvođača u posao, izvođač može raskinuti ugovor.“
