On second thought, maybe just "mining equipment repair plant." Forget the "ore processing." As the Multitran comment says, some plants of this type also manufacture mining equipment. So if that applies to your plant, you might want to translate the term as "mining equipment repair and production plant." Here's an example of a plant that does both: http://3043.ukrindustrial.com/
