Тут явный намек на бессмертную путинскую фразу "мочить в сортире", которую переводят чаще всего несколько аллегорично "to rub out in the john". В таком виде она разлетелась по миру. Поэтому, чтобы сохранить узнаваемость, предлагаю перевести не дословно, а использовать эту болванку, иначе англоязычный читатель может не понять, о чем речь.
