I am not sure if в Офе refers to a computer program (like a shorthand version of Microsoft Office).
The context is as follows:

Личный кабинет на сайте организации-хоста? A suggestion to keep it within the official site environment? It could be the case for a limited circle of people with the appropriate access. "Личка в Оф" as in offline is a pretty senseless tautology. Every exchange offline is private by default. Oh well... computer guys are notorious for the atrociously sloppy writing among themselves:-) I've dealt with 250K words of their exchange once, barely keeping my sanity.
More context is definitely needed.
