The context for this is that two men have bumped into each other in the middle of a snow-storm and one of them has been jumping about in the snow and has been blown about by the wind. Here it is:
'- Что вы делаете в хаосе стихий, уважаемый коммерсант?
- Плаваю, - отплевываясь и отфыркаясь он протер физиономию. – На свиданку иду с важным человеком.'
