agree Yakov Tomara : Also good but I disagree with "persons and entities" whoever might say it. If you eg read CFR documents you often find the phrase "US persons" meaning both individuals and legal entities.

individuals/persons and legal entities/corporations

В зависимости от контекста
физические лица - individuals, persons
юридические - legal entities, ~ bodies, corporations, etc.
Peer comment(s):

agree Yakov Tomara : "corporations" is good for US target audience

Спасибо, Яков!
neutral cheeter : просто "persons" могут обозначать и физических, и юр. лиц. - Определение физ. и юр. лиц не дается в договоре, поскольку это определенные законодат-вом понятия в праве, для к-рых имеются четкие термины. В Вашем варианте это звучит как "лица и юр. лица".

могут, если это оговорено в договоре. Однако в вышеназванной паре - не могут.

physical persons and juridical persons

I disagree with my colleagues above. This is how these terms should be translated. The legal definition of физические и юридические лица in the Russian legal system differs from that of individuals and legal entities in Western systems (US, UK, etc.) so there is no direct correlation between these concepts. физические и юридические лица are purely Russian phenomena and, as such, should be translated differently.

By the way, this is how the legal department at the Moscow branch of Price WaterhouseCoopers (the largest foreign company in Russia) interpreted these terms (I worked there in house).
Peer comment(s):

disagree cheeter : Это не российский феномен, это есть во всех странах, но называется, как правило, по-разному.
