Russian to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) bank regulation

My working version is: "the prudential ratios and domestic-asset investment rates established by law", but I suspect there may be a standard English term (banking/finance)for this phrase. Context: agreement between a CIS regulatory agency and a major CIS bank. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

your translation looks fine

Since every country has its own banking regulations, it's probably not a good idea to take an established US/UK term, even if it is close.

I think your translation works fine.
