In many contexts that would work, but you don't indicate your context. I suppose there could be some contracts, etc. where it would not be formal enough.

In deeds, it's often written like this:
... that certain parcel of real property known as ...
... that certain tract of real property known as ...
... that certain real property known as ...
But, which one is appropriate can be determined only from your context.

After the context was provided by the asker:
You could use either of the versions indicated above - "pieces of real estate" or "real properties", or even without "real" - just "properties". The sentence fragment you provide is a difficult one to keep from sounding awkward in English, but something like this: "We give careful consideration to the differences between [different features of] the properties under comparison".
I know it doesn't say "careful", but it sounds pretty stupid to say that they take into account the differences between things they are comparing (really? - what a novel approach!), so the editorial enhancement might be a good idea.
In reply to your question about "объекты сравнения", "under comparison" is not bad. It means the same thing as "being compared".

Thank you for writing, but did you read what I wrote? About "piece," I said that this (very common) expression wd work IN MANY CONTEXTS, but not where a formal, say, legal "term" is required. After the asker clarified the context, I modified the proposal.

Много раз встречала в договорах именно это слово для обозначения "объектов недвижимости" как предмета сделки. Это слово допускает и множественное число.

: true too, but I don't know what they apprise. Such objects as cars, campers, sail boats, for example, are also "real estate items" – by law, in most of the western countries: though "movable" physically, they are regarded as "non-movable" legally

In Russia if we speak of "объект недвижимости", it means buildings all right. That is why several translators living in Russia offered "real estate". Anyway, my variant comes from native texts written by American lawyers.

real property (pl. real properties)
Этот формальный юридический термин удовлетворяет всем разнообразным требованиям, упомянутым в ходе обсуждения.
--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 6 hrs (2009-05-27 10:04:22 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------
"real estate property" is unidiomatic; "property" is quite idiomatic among appraisers, but "real estate" and "property" and "piece of real estate" are more colloquial (informal) than "real property"; "real estate" also has the unfortunate drawback of having no plural.
"Property" does have the advantage in an appraisal context that if the property is a mobile home or houseboat or yacht it might not be formally deemed real estate but still needs appraisal.
More context is needed.
