So Kamamber is actually camembert - french soft cheese.
Meaning of "Fuagra" is "foie gras" - goose liver pate. For an upscale restaurant ONLY the french term is acceptable as it indicates adherence to some standards etc.
What is "sup ramo" - second part of your question - I do not know. Full phrase, please?
