Russian to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Training

I'm editing a list of comments that someone has written in response to a business training presentation. There are several abbreviations, and the translator hasn't actually translated "ИПП". The presentation relates to project management, finances, etc. I can't figure out what the abbreviation stands for since I don't normally translate in this field.

Full sentence: Оргструктура кап.проекта, формирование и управление командой проекта, cвязь оргструктуры с ИПП, ИСР, контрактной стратегией.
