A note of explanation: The honorific form of address "draga domnule" has no direct equivalent in American English. Even when writing to the President of the
United States, we say simply "Dear Mr. President." -- The nearest equivalent of "Draga domnule Burger" in British English would be "My dear Mr. Burger," which is
