scope of work
:) It's literal, please see:
The Scope of Work (SOW) is the area in an agreement where the work to be performed is described. The SOW should contain any milestones, reports, deliverables, and end products that are expected to be provided by the performing party. The SOW should also contain a time line for all deliverables.

Portuguese term (edited):
escopo de trabalho complexo
broad scope of duties
"O cargo pode estar em grandes organizações ou com escopo de trabalho complexo."
=
The position may either be in a large organization, or in a position involving a broad scope of duties.
*******
This conveyes the sense of the Portuguese in a way that sounds entirely natural in English. The implied sense of the last part of the sentence is that work in a small company that involved a broad scope of duties would count as equal (i.e., in terms of justifying the indicated compensation) to work in a small company involving a broad scope of duties.
I think that "broad scope of duties" works better than "complex scope of work" in English. Note also that the singular and generic "organization" is also more natural here than "organizations to translate "organizações."
