translation below
I live in the neighborhood called Fatima, which is downtown and I live alone. Foster if you do not wish to write send a message to my e-mail. I say good-buy missing you a lot.
NOTE: again the original is confusing since the sender is Foster and the context is addressed to Foster. "nas" doesn't fit here either for the same reason as before, ans "vita" I took it as a typographical error for "muita" which is what makes sense.

Comment: "This was my favorite it both translated first and gave an explanation in regard to the misspelling in the original text. traduxit's was also good except it didn't provide the translation and the explanation of the locale seperately. "

Bairro de Fátima is Bairro de Fátima
I am 51 years old and have been living in Rio de Janeiro all my life. In spite of the word Bairro to mean quarter, subdivision or neighborhood, its name incorporates the word. So, to call it Fátima subdivision or Fátima neighborhood is wrong. In Portuguese is weird, but it is like that: bairro Bairro de Fátima (It is an old enclave in the city's downtown, walled like an old medieval town. That's why is so peculiar.)-->Regards. Traduxit
