Na metade superior do complexo pielo-vascular central do rim esquerdo assinala-se um outro quisto pielogénico com 27mm. Ainda no complexo pielo-vascular central direito se identificam várias imagens hiperecogénicas a maior com 11 mm, relacionáveis com microlitíase e pequeno cálculo não se assinalando sinais de hidronefrose de ambos os lados.
