Portuguese to English Law/Patents Law (general)

Olá! I have a legal term here that I need some help accurately translating. I unfortunately can't give much context for this, but I've managed to work out that the first part refers to lodging an appeal. The second part, however, I can't seem to find a translation for. I know the word "tutelary" exists in English, but I can't find much to go on with "tutelary appeal" when searching. I assume "prazo" would just be period, but can you combine it with the noun and create something along the lines of "appeal period/period of appeal" or otherwise?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
