Here's the problem..it says this...the intended meaning sounds like
as we are not asked to participate in the vision of the company, or to give our point of view, and have no prospects for doing so in the future...
but, as this is probably a QUESTIONNAIRE..it wouldn't be fair to rewrite the awkwardly expressed thought....
