ministry
"pasta ministerial" is basically another way of saying "ministry". I have done a lot of interpretation work in Brazilian ministries, and usually when they say "pasta ministerial" all that is meant is the ministry itself. I guess when talking about that ministry's minister you could say they hold the "ministerial office" as well. It just depends on how you want to structure the phrase.

Algumas frases que encontrei em sites internacional falando disso:
"The lawyer and pastor, Damares Alves, outspoken in her opposition of the decriminalisation of abortion, has assumed the ministerial office for “Women, Family and Human Rights”.
"He is one of the few ministers in Brazilian history to have resigned from a ministerial office because of his divergent position from Dilma's government policies"
"“It would be plausible to conclude that the appointment and subsequent swearing-in could constitute fraud of the Constitution,” Mendes said in his ruling. His decision to suspend Lula from ministerial office can be appealed before a plenary session of the court."
Na Inglaterra, referem-se às pastas do governo como "offices" também:

What a load of verbal diarrhoea. How can there be a 'first' occupant of a 'new' position?
Come the revolution, people who write like this should be the first ones to be lined up against the wall. This phrase could be cut down to half the words and sound better
