fechamento de câmbio que nem sempre ocorre no vencimento informado na duplicata, e por isso seu valor não
pode ser considerado para o planejamento financeiro. A cobrança é efetuada em carteira;
Duplicatas are Trade Bills, right, but would you say "carteira" is portfolio? It just does not seem to make sense to me..
Any help appreciated!

I saw some entries that talked about "on hand" "directly", could that make sense, what do you think? Thank you a million, I very much appreciate the help. I agree that "portfolio" is probably not the best way to go but it is nevertheless plausible at a stretch
I would say "operations in arrears" in your context
