agree inmb : skłaniałbym się ku tej formułce, chociaż nie jest to "tłumaczenie"; swoją drogą nie spotkałem się jeszcze z audytorem, który zastosowałby termin "bezbłędność", zazwyczaj "free of manifest errors, to the best of my knowledge and belief"
