Norwegian term

leilighetskramper

Norwegian to English Medical Medical (general) Epilepsy
This term occurs in the medical chart of a patient investigated for epileptic seizures:

Det er mulig hun har epilepsi... men det er selvsagt også en viss mulighet for at det kan foreligge "leilighetskramper".

Thank you!

occasional spasms

I've never heard of this word before and can't find it online.
Here's a guess as to what it might mean:
leilighet can mean occasional
krampe can mean spasm, cramp, convulsion, clonus or jerk
Peer comment(s):

agree Helen Johnson : occasional convulsions maybe : books.google.co.uk/books?isbn=0521411963

non-epileptic seizures

I agree with Sven's analysis of the word, and base this suggestion on such symptoms - see reference.
