Chef's Adzhika
Jeigu pagaminta pačiame restorane, tai "Chef's...", jei pagaminta toje vietovėje - "Locally produced...". "House..." daugiausia vartojama restoranuose pažymėti vynui, kuris anaiptol nėra gaminamas tame pačiame restorane, bet gali būti pagamintas pagal užsakymą tam tikroje vyno darykloje.

Valters Feists
: Good solution... Just a note: adžika/adjika/adzhika is just a sauce, while "chef's" goes better with more significant dishes/menu items, and adžika would be expected to follow more or less a standard recipe, not something highly original/innovative.

Labai daug produktai dabar rklamuojami kaip "home made" ( = mūsų gamyba)

locally made
"Locally" is slightly more abstract and safer to use because "mūsų gamybos" may mean our country, our region, our restaurant, or even our food manufacturing company.
