Kwonsa
권사 is an office unique to the Korean church and is different from deaconess which would indicate a female deacon.
I believe that the English version of the Korean American Presbyterian Church Book of Church Order spells it out phonetically.

Note from asker:
there are 권사 and 시무권사 so they should be distinguished. If 시무장로 is Ruling Elder, 시무권사 is Kwonsa in Service? The terms are discriminatory. |
