Japanese term

どーっと

Japanese to English Other Other Dialogue
I ran across this phrase while doing a general translation of a dialogue and I can't figure out it's meaning. It might be a colloquial phrase. Here is the context:

でも薬が切れたとき今と同じように、どーっと出てきてしまう可能性が高い。

Thanks!
