ALT-dominant liver disorder
This doesn't seem to be a particularly common phrasing, but it does exist in published literature.

"Damage to the liver typically results in a leak of AST and ALT into the bloodstream [20]. The AST/ALT ratio is usually 1 in NAFLD, it suggests an advanced fibrotic stage of disease. In a recent large survey of 12,808 men, ALT-dominant liver disorders were related to obesity, lack of physical exercise, and hyperlipidemia, whereas AST-dominant liver disorders were related to alcohol consumption and diabetes mellitus [21]."

Liver damage with significantly elevated ALT
I think 優位 is a typo and should read 有意.
So, this passage should read "ALTが有意に高い肝障害."

: I suppose it refers to the AST/ALT ratio. The translation would be "liver damage with an AST/ALT ratio < 1."
