ここにでてくる「鋳出し」は、英語でどう表現すればいいのでしょうか?ご存知の方、アドバイスを宜しくお願いいたします。

I'm kind of lost on this term. A number of Japanese sites show different (conflicting) pictures of 鋳出し文字 so its pretty difficult to get a specific idea what the term means.

My initial idea was "embossed". I also considered "stamped" and "etched", but both of these are subtly different. The link below uses the phrase "Castings shall be identified in raised letters".
