Risk-Born-by-Debtor Principle
According to アメリカ契約法[第2版], it seems that in the United States there is no legal principle or term concerning risk of loss equivalent to 債務者主義. So, I think some explanatory translation will be necessary, such as "Risk-Born-by-Debtor Principle" or something like that.
