Hi, I am translating some regulations concerning an association to support small and medium enterprises. The following is listed among the activities of this association: 中小企業に対する事業資金の融通を円滑にするために債務の保証等についての保険及び信用保証協会に対する資金の貸付けを実施（する）。So far, for 債務の保証等についての保険 I have "insurance on debt guarantees etc.", but it does not sound right...

各種商取引における債務者の債務不履行により債権者の被る経済的損害を担保する保険の総称であります。
So I think "suretry insurance" would be fit in the content.
Surety insurance provides coverage of establishments primarily engaged in underwriting financial responsibility insurance.

Insurance for guarantor liabilities
Hi Luca, this is Sapphire from Durham (this is my married name). I hope I can help you here. I think that the phrase is " insurance for guarantor liabilities." Guarantor liability is certainly a term used in rental contracts and I don't see why you couldn't use it in this case.
