How about Jikotei kanketsu with a brief explanatory note?
Seems that the way Toyota has been using it.

The more I think about this term, the more I feel the Japanese term has omitted "responsibility" (責任), but I feel it is implied by the pre-fixed "self" (自)

Just another putting together and wording what has already be said, but is another possibility.

"Buck passing"とは、Ｔｒｕｍａｎ大統領が使った"The buck stops here."で有名になったフレーズで、「"pass the buck"をしない」、つまり、自分で完結させ、次の人に、あるいは他人に、「責任転嫁」、「問題先送り」をしないと言う意味の極めてポピュラーな言い回しです。（アメリカでは）。
もともとの言葉の起源は、ポーカーで（私、ルールよく知らないのですが）自分が親をやりたくない時に、次の人にその責任・仕事を回す際に使う言葉のようです。
