Japanese to English Tech/Engineering Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng Hazardous materials

How would I write this?

Is there some official way to do the numbering? Thanks.

Class 4 Petroleum No.3

When I played around in Google a bit, I found this term used repeatedly. I think it's part of a fire code or something? For example, see:

*No. 3 Petroleum Type 4*
water-solubility
Dangerous (Hazard) Material Class III

I ran the term in Glova, and one of the examples given was NO xxxx Petroleum Kind xxx. I just use Type, instead of kind.
危険物第4類第1石油類 No. 1 Petroleum dangerous substance Kind 4

Can the source document be:火気厳禁第四類第三石油類? Makes more sense this way. No. 3 Petroleum Fire Prevention Type 4.
