A mon avis supersiti e successibili sont des "personnes"... (qui doivent d'ailleurs être énumérées avec toutes leurs coordonnées permettant de les identifier dans ledit acte)

héritiers légaux ou réservataires est peut-être trop éloigné de l'italien.
Je vois qu'on utilise tranquillement aussi l'adjectif successible en français
