Italian term
XXX gioca in Borsa
Italian to English
Marketing
Textiles / Clothing / Fashion
Giornalismo
Si riferisce ad una casa di moda che punta la nuova collezione sulle borse. Ovviamente qui c'è un gioco di parole con la Borsa. Ma non riesco a trovare un'espressione inglese che possa renderlo.

Note from asker:
Thank you Gisella but I don't think it can work in this case. Moreover it is the title of an article on a magazine |
yeah they told me that there was no reference to the stock exchange in the article! Thank you anyway! |

: I like "hopes to bag", but "entering the stock market" implies that the company will actually do that! Could be dangerous to use such an expression ;-)

Thank you wordgirl, I like it but they have completely changed the expression. |
Discussion
I don't think this is translatable either - you just have to make up your own snappy phrase. I wouldn't use "gamble" though - it implies taking a risk and possibly sustaining a loss.
