Italian term

assumere

Italian to English Bus/Financial Real Estate
Hi all -

I am translating a real estate related document from Italian to English and am wondering how best to translate "assumere" as used in the following context (see attached screen cap.

Would the literal translation "assume" work?

Thanks!
Michael
