Italian term

passato negli atti tra vivi con verbale del medesimo Notaio

Italian to English Other Real Estate
from a compravendita, outlining the property having been obtained through inheritance, it then says 'passato negli atti tra vivi con verbale del medesimo Notaio' - I dont understand this , does it mean that the will was written in front of the same notaio?

tarnsferred to the inter vivos acts, as recorded by the same Notary

In Italy when a testator (somebody who makes a will) dies, under Art. 623 of the Civil Code, the notary holding the will must notify the heirs. The next step is for the notary to remove the will from its file and transfer it to the file for inter vivos dealings (passaggio del testamento negli atti tra vivi), seeing that it now relates to a matter involving the living heirs (succession). This transfer must be formally recorded by the Notary at the request of the heirs, and the record (verbale) must be registered with the Revenue Agency.

made in the records of inter vivos/lifetime dealings with the selfsame Notary's report

the Will had been 'passato' made or 'executed' (signed) before the same Notary vs. the estate transferred inter vivos to the beneficiaries.

PS the estate obtained is transmitted by (BrE/ IrE 'assent') to the beneficiaries.
Example sentence:

UK: In Conveyancing terms, an Assent is the name of the document used to transfer legal ownership of property or land from the Estate of someone.
