Italian term

Le aree ad oggi in diritto di superficie

Non-PRO Italian to English Law/Patents Real Estate Industrial land
We are talking about land belonging to a company and those areas which are "ad oggi in diritto di superficie".
The term is in a contract.
Please can anyone help? I am really stumped here.
Many thanks.
