carousel
It's the same idea in English - as John says, one meaning of giostrina is carousel or merry-go-round.
The gun could fire 10–12 rounds per minute from a 75-round carousel

AM 15 carousel machine gun fires 220 consecutive rounds

(I usually associate Pinterest with things like lace doilies. It's funny that people also use it for instruments of death.)

rotary cannon
Literally, "a carousel" or "merry-go-round", but I take it's use as a slang metaphoric termf for "rotary cannon".

Or as Marco notes, it could be a "rotary magazine" or a "drum magazine".

You have "pan" "drum" and "saddle-drum" in the above link.
You can check the context to see what fits better.
But that is the idea.
