Italian to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals vaccine
The text is dealing with problems in the filling of vials of vaccine on an industrial line. I haven't the vaguest idea what liberi could be in this sentence as it appears to be used as a noun and not an adjective.

dall’analisi de report datcheck si evince che l’infialamento era nelle fasi iniziali cioè era stata presa una frazione di avviamento ed una frazione di liberi
or
L'aria è stata rimossa e poi è stato ripreso il controllo di liberi.

Thinking about this - what I think I understand is that this refers to sampling methods, with a sample taken from the beginning of the lot and another taken randomly.

Thanks for letting me know. Glad you found more clues and definitions. My hunch that it was about sampling seems to have been right!

Yep. your hunch was right. I'm going to check with the client but I'm now pretty sure it is the blank test.

I don't think this text is talking about free radicals. It is a deviation report which talks about the volume of product (vaccine) in each vial and how microbubbles interfere with the electronic reading. It speaks of the tests that have to be done on the "frazione di liberi".
