agree Joseph Tein : or "nulla da notare" according to Gilberto Lacchia's ACROMED glossary (see reference) ... agree with "no abnormalities detected" (I think you could also say "unremarkable").

Extremely useful resource

For those who are not familiar with it, Gilberto Lacchia's ACROMED glossary is the most comprehensive resource for Italian medical acronyms available online. It also includes many English acronyms.

(And it contains "ndn" but you would have had to find it under "n.d.n." in this case.)
