From experience this is what you find in English in license agreements or contracts.
A recent text I translated into IT read:
This License is the entire agreement between us, superseding any other agreement or discussions, oral or written, and may not be changed except by a signed agreement.....
Similarly, where an entirely new security agreement is executed in conjunction with a refinancing arrangement, a novation is likely to have occurred. In such a transaction, the clear intent of the parties is that the new security agreement is to supersede the old one, thereby making the refinanced loan an entirely new one with its own independent priority. Ward, 14 B.R. at 554
