Italian term (edited): comunione

unincorporated association

ESCLUSE : excluding ...

I agree with unicorporated in the first answer and have extrapolated such to unincorporated associations that present a 'challenge' in the Anglo-Irish Law of Equity in terms of governance, winding-up, disappearance, distrib. of profits / appropriation of losses and succession.

I've discounted >

1.a corporation aggregate, namely a company, modern-day LLP / Limited Liability Partnership or a classical UK Limited Partnership of old e.g. of a husband-and-wife translation team (!) and that *is* a registrable corporate body vs.

2. a corporation sole like a bishop whose hallowed office continues, despite the death of the incumbent and, possibly,

3.. a body aggregate as a motley crew of indviduals, such as a general or ordinary (unlimited) partnership in Anglo-Am.-Irish law and that is *not* a corporate body.

Having mentioned that, I still can't see a Chamber of Commerce connection - rather corporate registration with a Company Agency > SISTEMA INFORMATIVO DELL'AGENZIA
Example sentence:

A corporation aggregate is a separate legal entity formed by several individual persons. The corporate aggregate has an existence which is separate from the persons comprising it. There are three types of corp. aggregate: chartered, statutory & registered

An 'unincorporated association' is an organisation set up through an agreement between a group of people who come together for a reason other than to make a profit (for example, a voluntary group or a sports club).
