Italian term

di cui è causa

Italian to English Other Law (general) court case
I know what they mean, I just wonder what the English formula is!!!!
Anyone able to help?

The sentences (several) contain the expression "il brevetto di cui è causa", so it's the patent around which the proceedings revolve.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I went for "at issue" as I already had the other expression. Thanks Angela "
