The dictionary gives "lasciare in eredità", and I don't know if "lego" is an unusual usage or not - perhaps an Italian native can enlighten me. But it means "bequeath" in Latin:

I give (bequeath) my shares
In a formal will drafted by a lawyer in US EN, it would be "bequeath." However, choice of words in a holographic will is less predictable. I would choose based on the tone of the entirel document.
